In reply to Admiralty letter D.W.15938/11408 of 24 November 1904, be pleased to inform Their Lordships, with reference to paragraph 5, that possession has been taken on behalf of the Admiralty of the property referred
to, the date of transfer being 19 May 1904.
2. With reference to paragraph 6, as regards the temple and house, the present occupier has been given notice that he will be allowed to occupy the buildings rent free, on the understanding that he takes the post of caretaker of the range, without remuneration, and that he will be held responsible for any damage done to Goverment
property thereon.
3. The amended Memorandum of Transfer has been
forwarded to the Director of Works.
